כולם יודעים שאהוד ברק חגג על לוליטות באי הבתולות של ג'פרי אפשטיין. היו לאהוד ברק גם השקעות משותפות עם ג'פרי אפשטיין. אבל מי שנעלמת מהרדאר זו החברה המשותפת של שניהם, ניקול יונקרמן.. [email protected] ניקול ילידת 1975.
באותה תקופה שאהוד ברק טס לו לאי הלוליטות, הוא היה מאוהב מעל הראש בגרמניה שהיתה דוגמנית, והפכה מיליארדרית בזכות הקשרים שלה עם ג'פרי אפשטיין, ויש האומרים שגם המוסד מימן אותה כפרונט. את האי ג'פרי רכש ב 1998. הקשר בין ג'פרי וניקול יונקרמן החל ב 2000. ג'יסליין מקסוול (מייל [email protected]) הביאה לו את ניקול לאי הלוליטות כשהיא בת 25. טיפה מבוגרת מידי.
הנה רישומים מספר סידורי הטיסות לאי עם השם שלה, בלווית JG. JC היה הקוד של ג'פרי אפשטיין, והטיסה היתה בתאריך 31/8/2002. באותה שנה היתה בת 27. אהוד ברק התחיל לטוס לאי כבר בשנת 2001 ואולי גם לפני כן.
ב 2015 אהוד ברק היה עסוק בהכנסת ניקול וג'פרי אפשטיין כבעלי מניות בחברת "ריפורטי" Reportly Homeland Security LTD שאח"כ ב 2018 שינתה שמה ל "קרביין" Carbyne, סטארט־אפ שפיתח אפליקציה לשידור ודיווח בזמן אמת למקרי חירום.
אפשטיין עצמו השקיע $1,000,000 וניקול השקיעה $500,000. שני אלה השקיעו לתוך חברה שנקראת Sum (E.B)2015 שהיא בעלת המניות של קרביין, ואת קרביין השיקו בבורסה הישראלית וגרפו $22,000,000. שימו לב E.B. זה ראשי תיבות של אהוד ברק.
יחד איתם עבדו בחברה מנכ"ל החברה אמיר אליחי, פנחס בוכריס בעבר מנכ"ל משרד הביטחון ומפקד יחידה 8200, ואיש העסקים אלכסנדר דיזנגוף.
לטענתה של יונקרמן היא לא התעשרה בגלל ג'פרי אפשטיין, כי היא נולדה עם כסף להורים עשירים שהשקיעו בתכשיטים, מקרקעין ובנק פרטי. גדלה במרבייה ספרד, דוברת 6 שפות, והתחתנה רק בשנת 2017.
ב 7/9/2015 אירע משהו מאוד חשוב בחסרת ריפורטי, ואהוד ברק ביקש ממנה לעלות על טיסה מיידית לתל אביב. היא הודיעה לו שהיא מגיעה ב 10 לחודש עם Alan Merrimann, שהוא מגייס השקעות לקרנות השקעה מאירלנד, וביקשה ממנו לשלוח פרטים מי זה אילן שילוח. אילן שילוח נשוי לשירה מרגלית, היה איש פרסום והפך לאיש השקעות. אהוד ברק סידר לה לשהות בריץ קרלטון תל אביב.
המדובר בהשקעה בחברת ריפורטי ביטחון לאומי בע"מ, Reporty Homeland Security (כיום החברה נקראת CARBYNE) שפיתחה איזה אפליקציה לדיווח על מקרי חירום. החברה נוסדה ב 2014 על ידי אמיר אליחי, שכיהן כמנכ"ל. אליחי הוא לשעבר קצין ביחידת עילית. הוא חבר לפנחס בוכריס, מנכ"ל משרד הביטחון ומפקד 8200 לשעבר שמכהן כדירקטור בחברה. עוד בין המייסדים: ליטל לשם, סמנכ"לית פיתוח עסקי וסרן במיל' בעלת 7 שנות ניסיון באגף המבצעים בצה"ל ובגופי הביטחון, סמנכ"ל הטכנולוגיה אלכס דיזינגוף, בוגר יחידות הסייבר של שירות הביטחון ויוני יטסון, מפתח בכיר בעל ניסיון עשיר בחברות סטארט-אפ שונות, המתמחה בפיתוח אלגוריתמים לניווט בתוך מבנים.
אהוד ברק התחייב להשקיע $1,500,000 והביא את ג'פרי אפשטיין וניקול שיתנו לו את הכסף להשקעה.

I hope this mail finds you well-
It is undoubtedly an interesting space in which they operate and one can see ways in which the security/protection business may evolve. Below I listed a number of areas that it would be useful to probe management with, let me know how you want to proceed.
Business
- How difficult is it for other companies (equipment or software) to replicate the “micro locator” function?
- Which are the key technologies that are patented? Will GPS companies not develop the next generation of specific micro locators which they will licence to other providers? Is this really a USP for Reporty?
- Has this technology already been developed for the military market i.e. geo locating soldiers, live pictures from scenes, co-ordination of responses etc.?
- Reporty has a lot of implications on privacy for individuals and data protection. Can you please confirm that Reporty is data and privacy compliant and explain what work you have done to satisfy that Reporty is compliant?
- The model is dependent upon crowd adoption. How will Reporty get the public to adopt it in the pilot areas that the company will launch in? Reporting a crime could be a once in a year event.
- There are a number of other crime apps on the market (CrimePush, SPOTTM etc.) but they have not been widely adopted by consumers – what will make Reporty any different?
- The most successful apps have constant interaction with consumers but what is the hook for the public to keep Reporty top of their usage list? What is the incentive for consumers to download and app that they will not use regularly?
- In a live streaming world, would the system not be inundated with lots of low level incidents (minor road infractions, domestic arguments etc)? Will the app not result in an increase in “noise” and filtering requirement for emergency services rather than a reduction?
- Governments/Local Authorities around the world are notoriously slow to adopt new technologies and have budget constraints. Given these factors, coupled with no current track record, will it be the case that new customers will be very slow to sign-up?
- Given that authorities are looking for broad integrated solutions for a safe city, does it not make sense for the “reporting” piece (small in the overall context) to be part of a wider integrated solution that larger companies can deliver?
Finances
- How much funds have been invested in developing the software to date?
- What proportion of the equity will be exchanged for the proposed $1.5m investment?
- Can you please supply the full financial model as mentioned in the business plan?
